The Last Ride
This overlay captures the moment we lost him — the heartbeat that broke readers across the world. In the aftermath of Resson, with blood in the dirt and fire still in the air, Liam spoke the words we’ll never forget: “It’s been my honor.”
He was loyalty in human form. Steadfast. Protective. Always first to step in, last to ask for anything in return. He laughed easily, fought fiercely, and made you feel safe even when everything was falling apart. And he deserved better.
This piece is for those who loved him not because he was the strongest, but because he was the most human. The friend everyone needed — and no one was ready to lose.

How it works
-
STEP 1
Choose your edition
Every overlay is cut to fit your edition exactly. Not sure which one you have? Check the size chart above – or simply send us a DM or an email and we’ll help you.
-
STEP 2
Handmade packed with love
We’re a small business – every order is packed by hand and sealed with a sticker. No warehouse, no conveyor belt: just people who love books as much as you do.
-
STEP 3
Shipped safely – with tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you receive your tracking number by email, so you always know where your overlays are.
-
STEP 4
Unbox – made to last
Each overlay arrives in a protective sleeve, so not a single scratch reaches the image. We print on high-quality film instead of paper: paper creases, film doesn’t. Water-repellent and durable – your scenes stay beautiful for a long time.
-
STEP 5
Lay it in – and keep the moment forever
Place the overlay on its page and you’ll never lose the scenes that mean the most to you. With the free bookmark from the bundle you get a detailed chapter guide showing where each image belongs – so as a true fan you always know exactly which moment it is.

What makes your product special?
Our transparent page overlays are designed to be placed directly over your book pages, transforming words into visuals while preserving the story you love. They let you hold onto the moments that usually fade after the final page — turning reading into something more immersive, emotional, and lasting.
Unlike ordinary bookmarks or annotations, PaperHearts honors the characters, scenes, and feelings that stayed with you. It’s not just an accessory — it’s a way to keep the story alive, long after you close the book.
Why Paperhearts? 🤎
At paperhearts, we believe that the truest emotions are written between the pages of a book.
Our name is a tribute to the quiet love stories we live in our minds – the kind that unfolds through ink and paper.
It’s for the ones who stay up until 3 AM, heart racing, eyes wide, lost in a fictional world that feels more real than reality.
Our “paper hearts” beat for characters we’ll never meet – but never forget.
And through our art, we bring these stories to life, so they stay with you forever 🤍
